DORAINE L DEWITTE-SCOTTI, License No. 512.003010
Licensed in 2014, I began my real estate journey with Jim Maloof/Realtor. Quickly making my mark, I soon found myself in a training position and subsequently earned a place on the management team. This trajectory saw me obtaining my managing broker's license and taking charge of the East Peoria office, followed by expansions to Pekin, Eureka, and Washington. All this while still actively building my own clientele.
Shifting gears, I pursued my instructor license, leading me to step back from managing. By the end of that phase, I was steering an office for Jim Maloof/Realtor while also spearheading their prelicense classes and boosting my personal real estate portfolio, which peaked at an impressive $4.6 million in production.
In 2021, I transitioned to Keller Williams Revolution, where I've taken up teaching both their prelicense and post-license courses. While my current production may trail the previous year slightly, I'm optimistic about matching or surpassing past achievements.
Outside of brokerage, I own and manage 8 rental properties, offering me valuable insights into landlord-tenant dynamics. Before delving into real estate, my professional journey saw me in roles such as a legal assistant in a law firm specializing in real estate law, a project manager, accounting analyst, and an executive administrative assistant.
I've held the title of President for the Women's Council of Realtor, Peoria Chapter, and have been an active member in the Illinois State Chapter. On the local front, I've been a significant part of several PAAR committees and am a staunch RPAC supporter.
My ambition lies in making teaching a cornerstone of my real estate endeavors. Conversations with associates from the association office, my fellow realtors, and PAAR affiliates would testify to the high regard in which I am held in the industry.
